These terms govern your use of QRGenie. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use QRGenie.
QRGenie lets you create branded QR codes, redirect them to destinations you choose, and view anonymous analytics about how they are scanned. We may update or improve the service over time.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
You may not use QRGenie to link to or distribute unlawful, malicious, deceptive, or infringing content, to send malware, to phish, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or remove codes or accounts that breach these terms.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the interval you select. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
You retain ownership of the destinations, logos, and other content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display your QR codes and to operate the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRGenie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using QRGenie at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
